Overview

Urbandi, a Cincinnati-based handcrafted furniture brand, came to us after building a successful Etsy business but struggling to scale beyond it. They had launched an independent Shopify store doing just $7K a month, and needed a growth partner who understood the furniture space, would respect their tight budget, and could play the long game with them. We operated on a revenue share. When Urbandi made more money, we made more money. That alignment meant we weren’t optimizing for activity. We were optimizing for revenue. We ran Meta ads to create interest in Urbandi’s products, Google ads to capture existing demand, and continuously shifted spend toward whatever was working that month. Products, audiences, creative.
